Steven Peyser, President

Mr. Peyser has been active in public finance since 1983 and manages the firm’s quantitative efforts, including reinvestment services and derivative product engagements. In addition, Mr. Peyser has been involved in analyzing the financing aspects of public-private partnerships for toll roads, sport facilities, resource recovery, utilities and economic development projects.  Mr. Peyser has significant expertise in structuring complex financings and in the negotiation of swap agreements with counterparties. He developed the firm’s methodology for real time swap and option pricing models. He is responsible for setting the firm’s standards for analysis and for assuring that the firm’s personnel have the proper tools to evaluate and implement financings. In addition, he serves as project manager on financings for a wide variety of purposes including general government, transportation, privatization, water and wastewater, and solid waste disposal and transactions involving derivative products.

Mr. Peyser holds a B.A. in Economics and History with Distinction in All Subjects from Cornell University and an M.B.A. in Finance from the Wharton School. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
